Say goodbye to the smoky-eyed look and toss out that ancient black eyeliner. Instead, blend a creamy powder blue or pistachio matte shadow outward on your top lid. Tone it down by pressing a high impact mascara at the base. This will brighten up your look in under 30 seconds.
